Usability study with competitor research


Schoolstickers’ primary business is creating and selling stickers to schools and parents to reward children’s good behaviour. In recent years they have expanded their product range to include customisable stampers, reward charts and certificates which have been used in over 9500 schools worldwide.

Our work with Schoolstickers started with running a ‘gamestorming’ stakeholder workshop to help them focus on their business objectives, brand identity and core users. In addition, we supported them in identifying opportunities in international markets as well as carrying out competitor research to find gaps in the market.

Through carrying out a usability health check on their current website we could provide them with clear advice and practical steps for making improvements, helping the UX and sales conversions.
