We carried out competitor research, analysed the companies’ website data and hosted workshops with key people in their business to determine how they could better meet the online needs of cruise passengers, and increase sales conversion.

We backed up our research with an interactive prototype and functional specification that demonstrated to their development team exactly how they should rebuild their websites to meet the requirements of their customers.
